How much notice does Book Your Staff need to book an event?

The earlier the better, but we are available 24/7 to take your request. Our staff is in highest demand during wedding season and holiday party time.

What does it take to reserve staff?

All we need is to authorize your credit card prior to your event.

How much staff will I need for my event?

The number is based on certain event details. Our qualified event planners will help you decide what will serve your guests the best and work within your budget.

What are your rates?

Our rates depend on the type of event, numbers and type of staff required. Please contact us so we can provide you with the best information for your specific event.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are insured. We carry general liability insurance.

Do I need to provide alcohol for your bartender?

You need to provide the liquor (this will save you money). Our Staffing Coordinators are happy to help you decide what type of liquor to purchase and how much you will need for your event.

Do you provide party planning services?

Our skilled event planners can give you great ideas on how to put your party together. They can advise you on how to supply your bar, refer you to preferred vendors such as caterers and rental companies, and help with many other facets of event planning.

How do I hire Book Your Staff?

Contact us and one of our Staffing Coordinators will get specific information about your event. We will then be able to advise you on the type and number of staff members you will need, the timeframe in which you will need them and uniform selection.

When is payment expected?

We will authorize your credit card for the estimated invoice. This amount includes applicable state sales tax and use tax. Gratuity is not included and at the discretion of the client. We will charge your credit card after the event and email you a statement for your records.
